Brad served in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, systems thinking, and mission focus that still drive everything he builds.
After leaving the military, he taught himself software engineering and went on to work with large enterprises — helping them design and deploy AI systems that transformed how they operate, serve customers, and grow.
What bothered him along the way: the businesses that needed AI the most — local yoga studios, massage therapists, day spas, small teams wearing five hats at once — were being left out entirely. The tools were too expensive, too complex, or built for someone else.
